Jackson Hole, Wyoming, USA
Jackson Hole ski resort is famed for its steeps, and in particular Corbet’s Couloir - but this is to sell just half the story. What Jackson Hole has to offer in abundance is quality terrain and great character. As soon as you step off the plane at Jackson airport you know that you are somewhere special - somewhere you have to make an effort to reach, and somewhere that will be etched in your memory.
Jackson Hole has become the home of many world class free skiers and riders - hardly surprising when the Arial Tram whisks you up to the summit of Rendezvous Mountain in under 10 minutes. From here the options are unlimited and some of the finest expert terrain awaits. If you prefer to watch other people charge on adrenalin and raise their heart rates, then the Bridger gondola and Apres Vous quad chairlift open up mellow terrain where a complimentary mountain hosted tour will show you all the best spots.
