A. We are based in in Breckenridge, Colorado. Having lived here for over 16 years affords us great local knowledge not only of the immediate surroundings but also of the western ski resorts in general. One of the great advantages to you the customer is that if you need to get hold of us whilst you are here in North America, we are on the same time zone and able to give effective and pompt customer service.

A. We will confirm your order within 3 days of you placing your order. We will make sure that vouchers are emailed to you at least 5 days prior to your departure.

A. Please let us know as soon as you can so that we have enough time to send out replacement vouchers.

A. Each resort and each supplier have different refund policies. Please make sure you read carefully the terms and conditions associated with each product

A. Certainly, if you feel more comfortable talking with us about your specific needs. Often accommodation requests require for us to chat

A. Call our office as soon as you become aware of the problem and let us know the nature of the error. If the problem is purely associated with matters such as start date for a lift ticket, of flight number for an airport shuttle these change in general can be made without incurring any costs. For changes that require canceling a product and payment has already been received, a 5% fee will be assessed on the cancelled portion of your order.

These are fees that the vaious loding companies charge to cover items such as internet access, parking etc. We list these fees to offer you the customer the highest level of transparency when it comes to pricing. When making comparisons between companies please do make sure that all lodging taxes and fees are clearly stated and included.

A. Here in the United States and Canada there are numberous tax jurisdictions. Each has its own sales tax amount. We are also required by law to show these tax amounts seperate from the base product price where applicable. Certain products such as lift passes are excempt from sales tax
