General
Your SkiBundle BookingYour contract is with Kokopelli Ski Holidays LLC trading as SkiBundle, PO Box 3450, 13 Meadow Lark Green, Breckenridge, CO, 80424. Tel +1 970 453 9355.
SkiBundle LLC will appear on your credit card statement as the processing entity. By submitting your card details you are agreeing that you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions, and are authorising us to charge your card.
When you make your booking you agree:
1. To fill out the online order form completely
2. SkiBundle acts as an agent for the various Suppliers of Accommodation, Lift Passes, Car Hire, Airport Transfers, Ski / Board Hire rental shops and any such product as may be available on the SkiBundle.com website from to time. As an agent, SkiBundle may act for one or a combination of the different Suppliers. You may decide to purchase one or more items from SkiBundle.com – these are deemed to be a collection of individual bookings and are not deemed to be a package. SkiBundle is not a tour operator.
3. We aim to process and email confirmation and voucher(s) to you within 48 hours. In some instances additional time is required to process orders and we will notify you in this instance. If you have failed to receive or have lost your voucher(s) please let us know at least 5 days prior to your departure.
4. Prices on SkiBundle are entered in good faith and are correct to the best of our ability. On the very rare occasion that an incorrect price is generated due to a technical problem or an error when entering the price into our database, we reserve the right not to confirm the booking and to offer you either a full refund or to confirm the booking at the correct rate.
5. All prices on SkiBundle.com are quoted in US Dollars. You may view prices on the website in Euros or Sterling for reference purposes. All products purchased through SkiBundle.com are charged to you in US Dollars. Your bank or credit card provider may charge you a commission for converting the charge into your account currency.
6. Insurance. You agree that you and all members of your party who have bought products via SkiBundle have adequate travel insurance to cover a ski or snowboard holiday booking and winter sport activities in North America.
7. Confirmation. By confirming your booking with either payment in full or a deposit payment you represent and warrant to us:
a) That you have read and understood these booking conditions and the other information printed on this web site
b) That you have the authority of all the persons named in the booking form to enter into a contract with us on their behalf
8. No contract will exist between us until:
a) We have received the appropriate payment and
b) We issue and email or post our confirmation to you.
Changes to your online booking once payment is received .
1. We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your SkiBundle bookings. However in no cases will we cancel your bookings within 8 weeks prior to departure except for an act of Force Majeure or a failure on your behalf to pay the final balance on your bookings.
2. In the event where we are unable to provide the products booked we will return all the monies paid in full.
Cancellation of bookings
(Does not apply to Accommodation and Car Hire).
1. Refunds are dependent on the cancellation policy of the Supplier. Where a refund is permitted, a minimum $25 or 4% fee will be charged, which ever is the greater. Refer to specific refund policies for each Product within the full Terms and Conditions on this site.
2. Refund requests must be taken up in the first instance with the Supplier on site. Should the Supplier refer you to SkiBundle, we must receive your refund request immediately, and in any circumstances no later than two weeks after the last date associated with the specific Product you have purchased and are requesting a refund for.
3. SkiBundle will not accept any refund requests received after April 15th, 2012.
Passports
1. It is your responsibility to ensure that passports, visas and other travel documents are valid.
2. Kokopelli Ski Holidays LLC is not liable for the refused entry to any country.
Safety
1. You must ascertain the health requirements for the holiday you have chosen and if in any doubt you must consult your local Doctor.
2. Adventure mountain travel, skiing, snow boarding, and outdoor activities at any time of year involve risks about which the guest(s) must make himself/herself aware. The responsibility of Kokopelli Ski Holidays LLC. does not extend to cover any liability for personal injury or property damage that occurs while using the services that we have organised for you or participating in any activities on or off-property arranged by our staff. You participate in all activities at your own risk. Guests must accept the risk of slippery conditions at all times inside and outside.
Local Laws
It is client’s responsibility to read, understand and abide by the laws of the ski area and the Colorado skiers code.

In the event that you wish to make a complaint, please note that we are agents of the Suppliers and will do whatever we can to assist you in resolving your complaint with them. Please contact our office and also make your complaint known to the Supplier. If your complaint is not resolved before your departure from abroad, please follow up with us within 4 weeks of your return.
Accommodation
Applies to all bookings for accommodation and lodging1. The balance of the price of your booking must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to departure. If the balance is not paid in time we reserve the right to cancel your booking, retain your deposit and apply cancellation charges as set out below.
For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to departure the full booking price must be paid at the time of booking.
2. When you book directly all communications from us to you will be sent to the address stated by you or to your SkiBundle account email address.
3. If, after confirmation you wish to change your holiday dates we will endeavor to make the changes you request, provided that written notification is received at our offices signed by the individual who signed the original booking form at least 8 weeks prior to departure. A $60 fee to cover administration must accompany this notification.
Any alteration by you within 8 weeks prior to departure will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and will be subject to the cancellation charges set out in clause 7 below.
4. You or any member of your party may at any time cancel their booking providing that the cancellation is made by you in writing. We will retain your deposit and where the cancellation is within 46 days prior to departure we will apply the following cancellation charges:
46 or more days: Loss of deposit
45 - 0 days: 100% loss of payment
All bookings once paid in full are non-refundable
Note. If your reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of an insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges from your insurer.
5. All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless you have converted them to Euros or Sterling via the website for reference purposes. However even if converted for reference purposes, all bookings will be charged to your card in US Dollars.
6. We are not able to guarantee the exact unit that you will be booked into. We will make sure that any special requests are received by the accommodation Supplier, however this is a request and not a guarantee.
7. We reserve the right to make changes to your booking. In the unlikely event that we have to do this, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity. Provided that the changes are not beyond our control or a Force Majeure you may chose to accept one of the following options:
a) To accept the change of arrangements
b) To purchase another available booking from us
c) To cancel your booking
8. In no cases will we cancel your booking within 8 weeks prior to your accommodation arrival night except for an act of Force Majeure, circumstance beyond our control or a failure on your behalf to pay the final balance on your booking.
9. Should you wish to curtail any arrangement or make changes during the course of your booking, then any extra cost shall be born by you and be paid locally.
Lift Passes
Applies to all Lift Pass bookings for all resorts.1. Only non-US residents are allowed to purchase Lift Passes for US resorts via SkiBundle. Only non-Canadian residents are allowed to purchase Lift Passes for Canadian resorts via SkiBundle. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they comply with this rule. If you proceed to payment with a non-qualifying address, we will assess a 5% service fee and $35 admin fee to refund your payment card. Individual Suppliers may ask for proof of residency, and SkiBundle cannot accept any responsibility for a Supplier’s refusal to provide a ticket on this basis.
2. Orders need to be made at least 3 days prior to your pick up date.
3. SkiBundle will email you a voucher to redeem your order. Note that you will need the voucher and not the confirmation generated by our website to redeem your Pass(es). Take the voucher to any Lift Pass or Season Pass ticket office to redeem your Pass(es).
4. Lift Pass pricing is determined by the first day of skiing/snowboarding.
5. The rates published on SkiBundle.com are only valid on pre-purchased Lift Passes through the 2011/2012 winter season.
6. All rates and dates are subject to change for all Lift Passes at all resorts.
7. Lift Passes, Season Passes and Pass Booklets are non-transferable and have no cash value; they cannot be resold.
8. Unused Lift Passes may be refundable, depending on the policies of the individual resorts. Used or partially used Lift Passes are non-refundable unless there is medical documentation for such refund. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.
Additional terms specific to Vail Resorts - including Breckenridge, Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, Heavenly, North Star
1. Children aged 4 and under ski free. Pricing determined by customer age on date of Lift Pass ticket purchase.
2. The Opening Season for all Vail Resorts is Nov 15th 2011 – Dec 1st 2011. All Lift Passes purchased where the first day on the slopes occurs within this date range are only valid within this two week period, and must be used by Dec 1st 2011. They will not be valid after Dec 1st 2011.
3. Unused Lift Passes are generally refundable, dependent on the approval of Vail Resorts Company. A $25 or 4% handling fee is assessed on all refunds, whichever is greater. Used or partially used Lift Passes and equipment rental packages are non-refundable unless there is medical documentation for such refund, and any decision will be at the discretion of Vail Resorts. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.
4. The EPIC pass products which include: Epic Pass, Epic 7, Epic Local, Summit Pass are non refundable. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.
Additional terms specific to Aspen and Snowmass
1. Children aged 6 and under ski free. Pricing determined by customer age on date of Lift Pass ticket purchase.
2. Radio Frequency Cards: Radio frequency gate cards are mandatory for all guests. These cards allow faster access to the lifts and hands-free scanning. Please note there is a refundable $5 per ticket fee for the RF card. Children 6 and under also need an RF card to ride. You can keep the card as a souvenir to reload for future visits or you can return the card on your last day of skiing for a complete refund. Please visit any List Pass or Season Pass ticket office on your last day of ski-ing, to ask for the refund.
3. Lift Passes for Aspen and Snowmass may only be purchased in conjunction with Accommodation on SkiBundle.com. Lift Passes cannot be sold on a stand alone basis. If you proceed to payment without Accommodation, we will assess a 5% service fee and $35 admin fee to refund your payment card.
4. Unused Lift Passes are generally refundable, dependent on the approval of Aspen Ski Company Inc. A $25 or 4% handling fee is assessed on all refunds, whichever is greater. Used or partially used Lift Passes and equipment rental packages are non-refundable unless there is medical documentation for such refund, and any decision will be at the discretion of Aspen Ski Company. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.
Additional terms specific to Whistler
1. Children aged 6 and under ski free. Pricing determined by customer age on date of Lift Pass ticket purchase.
2. Lift Passes for Whistler may only be purchased in conjunction with Accommodation on SkiBundle.com. Lift Passes cannot be sold on a stand alone basis . If you proceed to payment without Accommodation, we will assess a 5% service fee and $35 admin fee to refund your payment card.
3. Unused Lift Passes are generally refundable, dependent on the approval of Whistler Resort. A $25 or 4% handling fee is assessed on all refunds, whichever is greater. Used or partially used Lift Passes and equipment rental packages are non-refundable unless there is medical documentation for such refund, and any decision will be at the discretion of Whistler Resort. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.
Additional terms specific to Steamboat
1. Kids ski free: Children 12 and under ski free when parents buy a minimum 5-day Lift Passes. One free child per parent. Proof of age required. Please pre-order Kids Ski Free Lift Passes on SkiBundle.com. No black-out dates.
2. Child 5 and under: FREE Lift Passes all seasons; please pre-order with adult Lift Passes on SkiBundle.com. Proof of age required when you pick up the Lift Passes in the resort.
3. Senior 65+: Lift Passes must be purchased in Steamboat at the ticket windows. Proof of age required.
4. All Lift Passes must be sold in conjunction with at least one other Product on SkiBundle.com. Under no circumstances are Lift Passes to be sold on a stand-alone basis. If you proceed to payment without bundling two or more products, we will assess a 5% service fee and $35 admin fee to refund your payment card.
5. Unused Lift Passes are generally refundable, dependent on the approval of Steamboat Resort. A $25 or 4% handling fee is assessed on all refunds, whichever is greater. Used or partially used Lift Passes and equipment rental packages are non-refundable unless there is medical documentation for such refund, and any decision will be at the discretion of Steamboat Resort. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.
Additional terms specific to Park City
1. Children aged 6 and under ski free. Pricing determined by customer age on date of Lift Pass ticket purchase.
2. Unused Lift Passes are generally refundable, dependent on the approval of Park City Mountain Resort. A $25 or 4% handling fee is assessed on all refunds, whichever is greater. Used or partially used lift tickets and equipment rental packages are non-refundable unless there is medical documentation for such refund, and any decision will be at the discretion of Park City Mountain Resort. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.

Additional terms specific to Canyons
1. Children aged 6 and under ski free. Pricing determined by customer age on date of Lift Pass ticket purchase.
2. Unused Lift Passes are generally refundable, dependent on the approval of Canyons Resort. A $25 or 4% handling fee is assessed on all refunds, whichever is greater. Used or partially used Lift Passes and equipment rental packages are non-refundable unless there is medical documentation for such refund, and any decision will be at the discretion of Canyons Resort. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.

Additional terms specific to Three Resort International Passes - Park City, Canyons, Deer Valley
1. Guest must present photo ID at the pickup location of the 3 Resort Pass Booklet.
2. Each person must have his/her own Pass Booklet.
3. One Pass Booklet voucher per day may be redeemed for a Lift Pass. Vouchers are void if detached from Booklet.
4. Three Resort International Passes will expire 10, 14 and 16 days after pick-up of use depending upon Booklet type purchased.
5. Pass Booklets are valid from 12/4/2011 – until the closing date of each respective resort.
6. There are no refunds on unused vouchers. In exceptional circumstances the Supplier (Park City) may agree to a refund, at their discretion.
Additional terms specific to Copper Mountain
1. Children aged 5 and under ski free. Pricing determined by customer age on date of Lift Pass ticket purchase.
2. Unused Lift Passes are generally refundable, dependent on the approval of Copper Mountain Resort. A $25 or 4% handling fee is assessed on all refunds, whichever is greater. Used or partially used Lift Passes and equipment rental packages are non-refundable unless there is medical documentation for such refund, and any decision will be at the discretion of Copper Mountain Resort. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.
Additional terms specific to Jackson Hole
1. Children aged 5 and under ski free. Pricing determined by customer age on date of Lift Pass ticket purchase. Children are classified as 14 years of age or younger. To qualify for a Child pass there must be one paying adult per Child. The Child’s Lift Pass must be for equivalent or less days than the same number of ski days purchased by the adult through SkiBundle.
2. Unused Lift Passes are generally refundable, dependent on the approval of Aspen Ski Company Inc. A $25 or 4% handling fee is assessed on all refunds, whichever is greater. Used or partially used Lift Passes and equipment rental packages are non-refundable unless there is medical documentation for such refund, and any decision will be at the discretion of Aspen Ski Company Inc. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.
Ski HIre
Applies to all Ski Hire bookings for all resorts.1. Orders need to be made at least 3 days prior to your pick up date.
2. SkiBundle will email you a voucher to redeem your order. Note that you will need the voucher and not the confirmation generated by our website to collect your Ski Hire equipment. Take the voucher to the shop specified on your voucher in order to collect your equipment.
3. All rates and dates are subject to change for all Ski Hire equipment at all resorts. In the rare event that a Supplier changes a service, product or price, SkiBundle cannot be held liable for this change in price or product. In this event, you may cancel the product free of charge.
4. Cancellation is only allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice given to the Supplier. In light of this, SkiBundle requires at least 48 hours’ notice to guarantee that we can honour this cancellation policy.
Airport Transfers
Applies to all Airport Transfers bookings for all resorts.1. Airport Transfers are booked based on the information submitted to us via the online order form.
2. Orders need to be made at least 3 days prior to your pick up date.
3. SkiBundle will email you a voucher to redeem your order. Note that you will need the voucher and not the confirmation generated by our website to collect your Airport Transfer ticket. Take the voucher to the ticket office specified on your voucher in order to collect your ticket.
4. Times for scheduled services are based on the scheduled arrival time of your Transfer. In the event that your flight is delayed, the Transfer service will endeavour to accommodate you on a later service. If you are aware of your delayed departure it is your responsibility to either contact us or the Transfer service to try to change the booked Transfer time. You will be responsible for the cost of any overnight stays.
5. All rates and dates are subject to change for all Airport Transfers at all resorts. In the rare event that a Supplier changes a service or price, SkiBundle cannot be held liable for this change in price or product. In this event, you may cancel the product free of charge.
6. Cancellation of your Airport Transfer is only allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice given to the Supplier. In light of this, SkiBundle requires at least 48 hours’ notice to guarantee that we can honour this cancellation policy.

Applies to all Car Hire bookings for all resorts.We are in the process of fully integrating our car hire search engine into our website. In the meantime here are the Terms and Conditions for our Car Hire agency.
