Snow Piling up in North America
The last few weeks have seen some great snow falls across the western portion of North America. The Tahoe region and Whistler have been particularly favoured and British Columbia in particular is looking in great shape for the offical opening day of November 22nd 2012.

The seasons change quickly here in Colorado, one day you can be riding your mountain bike through sunny gladed scenery, the next it looks like the middle of winter. All I know is that there is a natural barometer that makes me think of powder in October!

WHISTLER, BC, October 16, 2012 – Whistler Blackcomb has been named the No. 1 overall ski resort in North America by the readers of SKI Magazine. The 26th annual readers’ poll ranks the top 60 North America ski resorts in SKI Magazine’s Resort Guide, hitting newsstands today. The survey of 20,000 SKI readers is the longest running and most comprehensive survey of its kind in the winter sports industry.
