Registration and Payment Gateway

The following information is collected when you register:

- Your name
This is so that we can address you properly in any correspondence, and to make it quicker for you when you come to complete your order.

- Your country of residence
This is important, because we are not licensed to sell US Lift Passes to US Residents, nor Canadian Lift Passes to Canadian Residents.

- Your nationality
This can sometimes help us in supporting you and answering your queries.

- Preferred currency
So that you can view approximate price conversions on the site. However do please remember that all purchases are collected in US Dollars $.

- Your email address
So that we may email you with answers to your queries, order confirmations, useful information about your order, and news / special offers if you have opted in to receive them.

In Step 2 of the Basket:
we also ask for the names and countries of residence of all the people in your party. This is because our Suppliers require this information to confirm your identity when you arrive to collect your Products (and in the case of Lift Passes, to ensure that your residency does not conflict with their licensing restrictions).

All of the above information will be passed to the Supplier(s) of the Products you have ordered through SkiBundle, so that they can ensure that the right people receive the right orders. This enables them to give you the best possible service and to protect your order(s).

At the point of Checkout you are passed to a secure third party payment processor called Authorize.Net, where you will enter your payment card details. Authorize.Net use encryption via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to safeguard your card information. You can read Authorize.Net's privacy policy in full here.

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy as needed in the future. All revisions will be posted as such on our website and notification will be sent to subscribers on our email list at least two weeks before implementation.
