Ski Road Trip 2015
Taos, Durango, Silverton, Telluride und Crested Butte

Far from the ritz, glitz and busy ski resorts of central Colorado, the ski areas of Taos, Silverton, Telluride and Crested Butte pay homage to their history in ways that larger mega resorts seem to have forgotten. If you are looking for the authentic western experience and some scenery that will take your breath away, this tour of southern Colorado and northern New Mexico has to be on your bucket list.

Enjoy the mexican influence of Santa Fe and Taos, which until 1848 was still part of Mexico. From here we will drive north to Durango and then on to Silverton on the Million Dollar Highway. Silverton ski resort is the definition of a small scale extreme ski resort. Very limited lift tickets are issued each day offering you the best experience possible. If this is not quite exclusive enough then take advantage of the heli-ski trip we are offering.

From here continue on your northward track to Telluride where mountain chic plays a significant role in the ambiance of this mountain town. The scenery is in our opinion some of the very best in all of Colorado. Not wanting to take our foot off the gas, we will continue to our final ski resort destination, Crested Butte. Again, the old time western flair and true to history downtown area, make this little mountain community special. Friendly folks and awesome skiing are a wonderful finale before heading back to Denver and home.
