General

Your SkiBundle Booking
Your contract is with Ski Bundle Inc, PO Box 3450, CO, 80424. Tel +1 970 453 9355. Also trading as Ski Bundle LLC

Ski Bundle Inc will appear on your credit card statement as the processing entity. By submitting your card details you are agreeing that you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions, and are authorising us to charge your card.

When you make your booking you agree:

1. To fill out the online order form completely

2. Ski Bundle acts as an agent for the various Suppliers of Accommodation, Lift Passes, Car Hire, Airport Transfers, Ski / Board Hire rental shops and any such product as may be available on the Ski Bundle.com website from to time. As an agent, Ski Bundle may act for one or a combination of the different Suppliers. You may decide to purchase one or more items from Ski Bundle.com – these are deemed to be a collection of individual bookings and are not deemed to be a package. Ski Bundle is not a tour operator.
3. We will process and email confirmation and voucher(s) to you at least 48 hours prior to departure. In some instances additional time is required to process orders and we will notify you in this instance. If you have failed to receive or have lost your voucher(s) please let us know before you travel.
4. Prices on Ski Bundle are entered in good faith and are correct to the best of our ability. On the very rare occasion that an incorrect price is generated due to a technical problem or an error when entering the price into our database, we reserve the right not to confirm the booking and to offer you either a full refund or to confirm the booking at the correct rate.

5. All prices on Ski Bundle.com are quoted in US Dollars. You may view prices on the website in Euros or Sterling for reference purposes - please note that these exchange rates are approximate estimates only and the total amount charged will be dependent on the exchange rate that day. All products purchased through Ski Bundle.com are charged to you in US Dollars. Your bank or credit card provider may charge you a commission for converting the charge into your account currency. 

6. Insurance. You agree that you and all members of your party who have bought products via Ski Bundle have adequate travel insurance to cover a ski or snowboard holiday booking and winter sport activities in North America.

7. Confirmation. By confirming your booking with either payment in full or a deposit payment you represent and warrant to us:

a) That you have read and understood these booking conditions and the other information printed on this web site

b) That you have the authority of all the persons named in the booking form to enter into a contract with us on their behalf

8. No contract will exist between us until:
a) We have received the appropriate payment and

b) We issue and email our confirmation to you.

Changes to your online booking once payment is received
.
1. We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your Ski Bundle bookings. However in no cases will we cancel your bookings within 8 weeks prior to departure except for an act of Force Majeure or a failure on your behalf to pay the final balance on your bookings.

2. In the event where we are unable to provide the products booked we will return all the monies paid in full.

Cancellation of bookings
(Does not apply to Accommodation and Car Hire).
1. Refunds are dependent on the cancellation policy of the Supplier. Where a refund is permitted, a minimum $35 or 5% fee will be charged, which ever is the greater. Refer to specific refund policies for each Product within the full Terms and Conditions on this site.
2. Refund requests must be taken up in the first instance with the Supplier on site. Should the Supplier refer you to Ski Bundle, we must receive your refund request immediately, and in any circumstances no later than two weeks after the last date associated with the specific Product you have purchased and are requesting a refund for.
3. Ski Bundle will not accept any refund requests received after April 16th, 2017.


The Comfort Zone
1. Lowest Price Guarantee. if you find a lower price elsewhere, call us & we’ll match or beat it. The price has to be verified by a member of the Ski Bundle team and availability has to exist to purchase the product. Does not apply for expired offers or offers that are not applicable to the clients country of origin. Simply put, if your the client can buy it, we will match it.
2. 24 Hour cool off period. In certain instances we will ask you to waive the 24 hour cool off period if inventory is very low and we need to secure the product immediately,  and / or the supplier has a non refundable policy due to the last minute nature of the reservation. This will particularly apply to laast minute lodging reservations where for example there is only one room left and there is a 100% non refundable payment due to secure the room.
3. No credit card fees. This applies to our merchant processing costs and does not apply to any and all fees that your credit card company may apply for foreign transactions and the like.

Passports
1. It is your responsibility to ensure that passports, visas and other travel documents are valid.
2. Ski Bundle Inc is not liable for refused entry to any country.

Safety
1. You must ascertain the health requirements for the holiday you have chosen and if in any doubt you must consult your local Doctor.
2. Adventure mountain travel, skiing, snow boarding, and outdoor activities at any time of year involve risks about which the guest(s) must make himself/herself aware. The responsibility of Ski Bundle Inc does not extend to cover any liability for personal injury or property damage that occurs while using the services that we have organised for you or participating in any activities on or off-property arranged by our staff. You participate in all activities at your own risk. Guests must accept the risk of slippery conditions at all times inside and outside.

Local Laws
It is client’s responsibility to read, understand and abide by the laws of the ski area and the Colorado skiers code.

In the event that you wish to make a complaint, please note that we are agents of the Suppliers and will do whatever we can to assist you in resolving your complaint with them. Please contact our office and also make your complaint known to the Supplier. If your complaint is not resolved before your departure from abroad, please follow up with us within 4 weeks of your return.

Lodging

Applies to all bookings for accommodation and lodging
1. The balance of the price of your booking must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to departure, unless advised otherwise by SkiBundle. If the balance is not paid by the date requested we reserve the right to cancel your booking, retain your deposit and apply cancellation charges as set out below. For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to departure the full booking price must be paid at the time of booking.


2. When you book directly all communications from us to you will be sent to the address stated by you or to your Ski Bundle account email address.

3. If after confirmation you wish to change your holiday dates we will endeavor to make the changes you request, provided that written notification is received at our offices signed by the individual who signed the original booking form at least 8 weeks prior to departure. A $60 fee to cover administration must accompany this notification.

Any alteration by you within 8 weeks prior to departure will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and will be subject to the cancellation charges set out in clause 4 below.

4. You or any member of your party may at any time cancel their booking providing that the cancellation is made by you in writing. We will retain your deposit and where the cancellation is within 46 days prior to departure we will apply the following cancellation charges:

46 or more days:   Loss of deposit

45 - 0 days:           100% loss of payment

All bookings once paid in full are non-refundable, unless otherwise specfied by SkiBundle.

Note. If your reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of an insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges from your insurer.
5. All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless you have converted them to Euros or Sterling via the website for reference purposes. These conversions are approximate - for a more exact conversion estimate, check the current conversion rate with your bank prior to purchase. Even if rates are converted by you for reference purposes, all bookings will be charged to your card in US Dollars.

6. We are not able to guarantee the exact unit that you will be booked into. We will make sure that any special requests are received by the accommodation Supplier, however this is a request and not a guarantee.

7. We reserve the right to make changes to your booking. In the unlikely event that we have to do this, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity. Provided that the changes are not beyond our control or a Force Majeure you may chose to accept one of the following options: 

a) To accept the change of arrangements

b) To purchase another available booking from us

c) To cancel your booking
8. In no cases will we cancel your booking within 8 weeks prior to your accommodation arrival night except for an act of Force Majeure, circumstance beyond our control or a failure on your behalf to pay the final balance on your booking.
9. Should you wish to curtail any arrangement or make changes during the course of your booking, then any extra cost shall be born by you and be paid locally.
10. Additional Details for online bookings including lodging should be completed immediately after purchase. Reservations cannot be guaranteed without us receiving your Additional Details. 

Lift Tickets

Applies to all Lift Pass bookings for all resorts.

1. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they comply with all purchasing rule regarding domestic and international sales as outlined on skibundle.com. If you proceed to payment with a non-qualifying address, we will assess a 5% service fee and $35 admin fee to refund your payment card. Individual Suppliers may ask for proof of residency, and Ski Bundle cannot accept any responsibility for a Supplier’s refusal to provide a ticket on this basis.
2. Orders need to be made at least 3 days prior to your pick up date (7 days prior for Aspen Snowmass and Whistler Blackcomb).
3. Ski Bundle will email you a voucher to redeem your order. Note that you will need the voucher and not the confirmation generated by our website to redeem your Pass(es). Take the voucher to any Lift Pass or Season Pass ticket office to redeem your Pass(es).
4. Lift Pass pricing is determined by the first day of skiing/snowboarding.
5. The rates published on Ski Bundle.com are only valid on pre-purchased Lift Passes through the 2017 / 2018 winter season.
6. All rates and dates are subject to change for all Lift Passes at all resorts.
7. Lift Passes, Season Passes and Pass Booklets are non-transferable and have no cash value; they cannot be resold.
8. Unused Lift Passes may be refundable, depending on the policies of the individual resorts. Used or partially used Lift Passes are non-refundable unless there is medical documentation for such refund. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.

Additional terms specific to Vail Resorts - including Breckenridge, Vail, Beaver Creek, Park City , Heavenly
1. Children aged 4 and under ski free. Pricing determined by customer age on date of Lift Pass ticket purchase.
2. Lift tickets for Breckenridge, Keystone can be used for unlimited skiing in Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin. They can also be used in Vail and Beaver Creek for half of the bought days. Where an odd number of days is purchased, the lesser of the half applies. Vail and Beaver Creek tickets are valid for unlimited skiing at Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin.
3. Unused Lift Passes are generally refundable, dependent on the approval of Vail Resorts Company. A $35 or 5% handling fee is assessed on all refunds, whichever is greater. Used or partially used Lift Passes and equipment rental packages are non-refundable unless there is medical documentation for such refund, and any decision will be at the discretion of Vail Resorts. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.
4. The EPIC pass products which include: Epic Pass, Epic 7, Epic 4, Epic Local, Summit Value Pass and Tahoe Value / Tahoe Local Pass are 100% non-refundable  and 100% non-transferable. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.

5. EPIC Pass product collection location depends on the pass you have purchased. To ensure you can collect from the first resort you are visiting, visit our lift tickets page for that resort and ensure your chosen pass is listed. 

Additional terms specific to Aspen Snowmass
1. Children aged 6 and under ski free. Pricing determined by customer age on date of Lift Pass ticket purchase.
2. Radio Frequency Cards: Radio frequency gate cards are mandatory for all guests. These cards allow faster access to the lifts and hands-free scanning. Please visit any List Pass or Season Pass ticket office on your last day of skiing, to ask for the refund.
3. Lift Passes for Aspen and Snowmass may only be purchased in conjunction with Accommodation on Ski Bundle.com. Lift Passes cannot be sold on a stand-alone basis. If you proceed to payment without Accommodation, we will assess a 5% service fee and $35 admin fee to refund your payment card.
4. Unused Lift Passes are generally refundable, dependent on the approval of Aspen Ski Company Inc. A $35 or 5% handling fee is assessed on all refunds, whichever is greater. Used or partially used Lift Passes and equipment rental packages are non-refundable unless there is medical documentation for such refund, and any decision will be at the discretion of Aspen Ski Company. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.


Additional terms specific to Banff, Lake Louise, Sunshine (Tri Area Pass)
1. Children aged 5 yrs and under ski free. Pricing determined by customer age on date of Lift Pass ticket purchase.
2. Children aged 12 yrs and under ski free with the purchase of an equivalent adult ticket of 5+ days. Maximum of 3 children to 1 adult - proof of relationship / age may be required. 
3. Tri Area Lift Tickets may only be purchased  on Ski Bundle.com as part of a package including accommodation, ski rentals or airport transfers. Lift Passes cannot be sold on a stand-alone basis. If you proceed to payment of a stand-alone lift ticket order, we will assess a 5% service fee and $35 admin fee to refund your payment card.
4. Unused Lift Passes are generally refundable, dependent on the approval of Ski Big 3. A $35 or 5% handling fee is assessed on all refunds, whichever is greater. Used or partially used Lift Passes and equipment rental packages are non-refundable unless there is medical documentation for such refund, and any decision will be at the discretion of Ski Big 3. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.


Additional terms specific to Whistler
1. Children aged 6 yrs and under ski free. Pricing determined by customer age on date of Lift Pass ticket purchase.
2. Lift Passes for Whistler may only be purchased in conjunction with Accommodation on Ski Bundle.com. Lift Passes cannot be sold on a stand-alone basis. If you proceed to payment without Accommodation, we will assess a 5% service fee and $35 admin fee to refund your payment card.
3. Unused Lift Passes are generally refundable, dependent on the approval of Whistler Resort. A $35 or 5% handling fee is assessed on all refunds, whichever is greater. Used or partially used Lift Passes and equipment rental packages are non-refundable unless there is medical documentation for such refund, and any decision will be at the discretion of Whistler Resort. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.

Additional terms specific to Park City Resort
1. Children aged 4 yrs and under ski free. Pricing determined by customer age on date of Lift Pass ticket purchase.
2. Unused Lift Passes are generally refundable, dependent on the approval of Park City / Canyons Resort. A $35 or 5% handling fee is assessed on all refunds, whichever is greater. Used or partially used Lift Passes and equipment rental packages are non-refundable unless there is medical documentation for such refund, and any decision will be at the discretion of Park City Resort. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.
3. The EPIC pass products which include: Epic Pass, Epic 7, Epic 4, Epic Local are 100% non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.

Additional terms specific to Two Resort International Passes - Park City, Deer Valley
1. Guest must present photo ID at the pickup location of the 2 Resort Pass Booklet.
2. Each person must have his/her own Pass Booklet.
3. One Pass Booklet voucher per day may be redeemed for a Lift Pass. Vouchers are void if detached from Booklet.
4. Two Resort International Passes will expire 10, 14 and 16 days after pick-up of use depending upon Booklet type purchased.
5. Pass Booklets are valid from the open date of each resort until the closing date of each resort.

6. There are no refunds on unused vouchers. In exceptional circumstances the Supplier (Park City) may agree to a refund, at their discretion.

Additional terms specific to Copper Mountain
1. Children aged 5 and under ski free. Pricing determined by customer age on date of Lift Pass ticket purchase.
2. Lift Passes for Copper Mountain may only be purchased in conjunction with Accommodation on Ski Bundle.com. Online Lift Passes cannot be sold on a stand-alone basis. If you proceed to payment without Accommodation, we will assess a 5% service fee and $35 admin fee to refund your payment card. If you require lift tickets only for Copper Mountain please email us for stand-alone lift ticket rates (international only).  
3. Unused Lift Passes are generally refundable, dependent on the approval of Copper Mountain Resort. A $35 or 5% handling fee is assessed on all refunds, whichever is greater. Used or partially used Lift Passes and equipment rental packages are non-refundable unless there is medical documentation for such refund, and any decision will be at the discretion of Copper Mountain Resort. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.

Additional terms specific to Jackson Hole
1. Children aged 5 and under ski free.  Pricing determined by customer age on date of Lift Pass ticket purchase. Children are classified as 14 years of age or younger. To qualify for a Child pass there must be one paying adult per Child. The Child’s Lift Pass must be for equivalent or less days than the same number of ski days purchased by the adult through Ski Bundle.
2. Lift Passes for Jackson Hole may only be purchased in conjunction with Accommodation on Ski Bundle.com. Lift Passes cannot be sold on a stand-alone basis. If you proceed to payment without Accommodation, we will assess a 5% service fee and $35 admin fee to refund your payment card.
3. Unused Lift Passes are generally refundable, dependent on the approval of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. A $35 or 5% handling fee is assessed on all refunds, whichever is greater. Used or partially used Lift Passes and equipment rental packages are non-refundable unless there is medical documentation for such refund, and any decision will be at the discretion of Aspen Ski Company Inc. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.

Additional terms specific to Winter Park
1. Children aged 5 yrs and under ski free. Pricing determined by customer age on date of Lift Pass ticket purchase.
2. Lift Passes for Winter Park Resort may only be purchased in conjunction with Accommodation on Ski Bundle.com. Lift Passes cannot be sold on a stand-alone basis
. If you proceed to payment without Accommodation, we will assess a 5% service fee and $35 admin fee to refund your payment card.
3. Unused Lift Passes are generally refundable, dependent on the approval of Winter Park Resort. A $35 or 5% handling fee is assessed on all refunds, whichever is greater. Used or partially used Lift Passes and equipment rental packages are non-refundable unless there is medical documentation for such refund, and any decision will be at the discretion of our Suppliers. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.

Additional terms specific to Big Sky
1. Children aged 5 and under ski free. Pricing determined by customer age on date of Lift Pass ticket purchase.
2. Lift Passes for Big Sky may only be purchased in conjunction with Accommodation on Ski Bundle.com. Lift Passes cannot be sold on a stand-alone basis
. If you proceed to payment without Accommodation, we will assess a 5% service fee and $35 admin fee to refund your payment card.
3. Unused Lift Passes are generally refundable, dependent on the approval of Big Sky Resort. A $35 or 5% handling fee is assessed on all refunds, whichever is greater. Used or partially used Lift Passes and equipment rental packages are non-refundable unless there is medical documentation for such refund, and any decision will be at the discretion of Big Sky Resort. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.
4. Children 10 and under ski free only when booked into a Big Sky managed property.

Additional terms specific to Red Mountain
1. Children aged 6 and under ski free. Pricing determined by customer age on date of Lift Pass ticket purchase.
2. Unused Lift Passes are generally refundable, dependent on the approval of Red Mountain Resort. A $35 or 5% handling fee is assessed on all refunds, whichever is greater. Used or partially used Lift Passes and equipment rental packages are non-refundable unless there is medical documentation for such refund, and any decision will be at the discretion of Red Mountain Resort. We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any trip cancellation.

Ski Rentals

Applies to all Ski Hire bookings for all resorts.
Applies to all Ski Hire bookings for all resorts.
1. Orders need to be made and additional details completed at least 3 days prior to your pick up date.
2. Ski Bundle will email you a voucher to redeem your order. Note that you will need the voucher and not the confirmation generated by our website to collect your Ski Hire equipment. Take the voucher to the shop specified on your voucher in order to collect your equipment.
3. All rates and dates are subject to change for all Ski Hire equipment at all resorts. In the rare event that a Supplier changes a service, product or price, Ski Bundle cannot be held liable for this change in price or product. In this event, you may cancel the product free of charge.
4. Cancellation is only allowed with at least 24 hours notice given to the Supplier. In light of this, Ski Bundle requires at least 48 hours’ notice to guarantee that we can honour this cancellation policy.

Airport Transfers

Applies to all Airport Transfers bookings for all resorts.

1. Airport Transfers are booked based on the information submitted to us via the online order form.
2. Orders need to be made and Additional Details completed at least 3 days prior to your travel date.
3. Ski Bundle will email you a voucher to redeem your order. Note that you will need the voucher and not the confirmation generated by our website to collect your Airport Transfer ticket. Take the voucher to the ticket office specified on your voucher in order to collect your ticket.
4. Times for scheduled services are based on the scheduled arrival time of your Transfer. In the event that your flight is delayed, the Transfer service will endeavour to accommodate you on a later service. If you are aware of your delayed departure it is your responsibility to either contact us or the Transfer service to try to change the booked Transfer time. You will be responsible for the cost of any overnight stays.
5. All rates and dates are subject to change for all Airport Transfers at all resorts. In the rare event that a Supplier changes a service  or price, Ski Bundle cannot be held liable for this change in price or product. In this event, you may cancel the product free of charge.
6. Cancellation of your Airport Transfer is only allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice given to the Supplier. In light of this, Ski Bundle requires at least 48 hours’ notice to guarantee that we can honour this cancellation policy.
